Group treated with tab 500 mg thrice daily from day 1 5 cycle. Similarly PBAC score taken end three months along thickness concentration. results compared values obtained before initiating treatment. Results: In this after 3 treatment; had an initial 423.52 treatment it decreased 149.89 (p<0.0001). Reduction 60.5%. 441which reduced 177.94 (p<0.0001) treatment. reduction 59.6%.Conclusions: found that both effective HMB, cycle thickness.
